OUR LEADERSHIP
AYLI operates through a coordinated leadership structure that connects the Executive Office, Continental Secretariat, professional directorates and national chapters.
Together, these offices provide strategic direction, academic leadership, student support, program coordination, admissions, communications and national representation.

The Executive Office provides the overall strategic vision, institutional direction and executive leadership of the Africa Youth Leadership Institute.

Oversees academic direction, teaching coordination, academic standards and learning activities.

Provides leadership and support for student engagement, welfare and student-related activities.

Oversees admissions, student records and institutional academic documentation.

Coordinates institutional programs, activities and program implementation across AYLI.
COMMUNICATIONS
Director of Communication
Leads institutional communication, public information and AYLI's communications activities.
