The Africa Youth Leadership Institute (AYLI) is a youth leadership development institution dedicated to preparing young people to become responsible, ethical and visionary leaders.
Through leadership education, professional development, civic engagement, mentorship and continental networking, AYLI creates opportunities for young people to discover their potential and develop the capacity to serve their communities and contribute to Africa's development.
The Institute operates through a central leadership structure headquartered in the Republic of Liberia, with national chapters and leadership representation across Africa.
